A Yantra (yawn-tra), Sanskrit for “instrument” or “machine,” is a mandala — a map, chart or geometric pattern which is often used to reference geometrical drawings used in the Indian mystical tradition. Yantra, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, is an attractive wine. Sweet red berry fruit, cinnamon and spice are pushed forward in a mid-weight, silky red that offers tons of immediacy in a fresh style that is best enjoyed on the early side. This is such a pretty wine.
A vivacious wine, freshly persistent fruitiness, interesting for its complex simplicity. Harmonious, geometrical, born from the research of a universally pleasing wine, fresh with red fruit aromas. This balanced meeting between simplicity and vivaciousness, results in a pleasing and lively wine.
Blend: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot

“Quite developed for its age, but there are plenty of forest berries here and some supple tannins to support the medium-full body. Fire up the grill! Drink now.” – James Suckling, September 2018 (2017 Vintage)
