This unfiltered red exhibits an opaque purple color along with a big, sweet nose of blackberry and cherry liqueur intermixed with hints of road tar, licorice, and pepper. Loads of depth, great ripeness, tremendous purity, and a multilayered texture result in a substantial yet elegant, well-balanced red to drink over the next 5-6 years.
