A classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. Harvested from low-yeilding, small vines at optimal ripeness, gives a level of concentration that is noticeable. While the Cabernet Sauvignon is the backbone of the blend (50%), Cabernet Franc (27%) and Merlot (23%) provide the spicy currant, earth and fruit. Aging in French oak gracefully integrates these flavors while providing an intensifying toffee and vanilla undertones.
